Legora seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across EMEA. You will drive adoption, health, and commercial outcomes end-to-end, leveraging systems while reserving high-touch interactions for key moments.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate client success, build the scaled adoption playbook, and transform how clients realize ROI with Legora's AI-native workspace.

Formación

• Scaled customer success or similar role managing large client bases.
• Experience designing repeatable adoption programs at scale across digital channels.
• 3+ years for Manager, 5+ years for Senior Manager in scaled/digital customer success or related fields.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio.
• Ownership of commercial metrics: GRR/NRR, renewals and expansions using data/automation.
• Technical fluency and ability to configure/deploy CS/CRM tooling and LMS.
• Data-informed approach to forecasting, health signals and portfolio strategy.
• Strong English and Finnish communication; high EQ and fast-paced mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams in EMEA.
• Improve scaled adoption playbooks for tech-led onboarding, enablement, and change management.
• Execute the playbook with automated touchpoints from rollout to firm-wide adoption.
• Facilitate strategic, high-stakes accounts while enabling the rest of the portfolio.
• Drive value via templated success plans, scaled training, and digital value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and proactively flag risks and growth opportunities.
• Own renewals and expansions as repeatable motions using data and portfolio hygiene.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support.
• Translate customer feedback into roadmap and enablement with Product teams.
