Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA team. Location preferences include the UK and other Western European regions, with flexible remote options. You will drive segment strategy, offer lifecycle, and cross-functional GTM initiatives across utilities and industrial sectors.

The role requires a master's in engineering, strong English, and a track record in strategy, commercialization, and value-based pricing in industrial tech.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proven success in strategy development and commercialization.
• Experience with outcome-based business models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Segment Strategy planning and develop scorecards.
• Define segmentation and growth strategy for Utilities and Industrial sectors.
• Develop segment reports with win/loss insights.
• Own offer roadmap from concept to commercialization with ROI analysis.
• Collaborate across BUs, marketing, and regional sales for GTM.
