Qualifications

• Experience delivering early-career attraction programmes connecting universities and hiring teams.
• Strong working knowledge of campaign planning and campus partnerships.
• Practical experience applying content and events.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs in candidate journeys.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for campaign planning and campus partnerships.
