Job summary
EngageTech is hiring an SDR in Sweden to lead the top of the sales funnel and drive new business opportunities for clients. You will learn to initiate conversations with business leaders, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and grow through coaching and feedback.
No prior sales experience is required; our world-class 3-month training academy equips you with everything you need to succeed and start earning commission from day one.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Eligible to work in Sweden or the United Kingdom.
- A degree in any field is a plus.
- Prior experience speaking with prospects or business leaders, including customer-facing work, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business conversations through consistent outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling.
- Learn to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
- Represent EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers.
