Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a senior workforce & organization leader with 8-12+ years in management consulting. You will drive large-scale workforce and transformation programs for complex clients, building strong C-suite relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven track record delivering workforce, organization, transformation, or people-related engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coaching teams and creating high-performing project environments.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Master's degree preferred in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or related discipline.
