Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development within consulting, IT services, or a commercial leadership role.
• Strong background within Retail and/or Consumer Products, with solid understanding of industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of successful sales, including managing complex deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic, hands-on approach.
• Experience with CPR clients in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development within Retail & Consumer Products from opportunity identification to deal closure in Sweden.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead complex, high-value sales processes and shape compelling client value propositions.
