Job summary

Capgemini Invent Sweden is seeking a management consultant to support clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders in complex programs.

You will lead multi-workstream transformations, manage senior stakeholders, and apply data-driven insights to guide decisions. Fluency in Swedish and English is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent, with experience working on organization, workforce, or HR transformation engagements
• Strong track record in program and change leadership, with ability to structure and drive multi workstream transformations, manage senior stakeholders, use data and insights to steer decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written; Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field

Your role

As part of the Workforce & Organization team, you will work as a management consultant, supporting clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will help turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate closely with both business and HR stakeholders in complex transformation programs. Drawing on established change management methodologies and strong project management skills, you will help drive sustainable organizational transformation.

Typical assignments can include

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes by combining data-driven change management, leadership enablement, stakeholder engagement, and capability-building to ensure organisations are ready to embrace new technologies and ways of working.
• Shape the Future Workforce by supporting organisations in understanding how AI, automation, and changing business needs will reshape work, skills, roles, and workforce composition, translating insight into actionable workforce and talent strategies.
• Transform organisations for the AI era by redesigning operating models, organisational structures, governance, and decision-making processes to help organisations become more adaptive, efficient, and future-ready.

Your profile

• 2-5 years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent, with experience working on organization, workforce, or HR transformation engagements, including purpose led strategy, operating model and governance design, and large scale talent or skills initiatives in complex client environments.
• Strong track record in program and change leadership, with the ability to structure and drive multi workstream transformations, manage senior stakeholders, use data and insights to steer decisions, and sustain engagement through periods of change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders; fluency in both Swedish and English is required, spoken and written.
• Strong academic background, with a Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as business administration, organisational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.

Meriting:

• Deep understanding of digital, AI, and automation impacts on organizations, with experience translating these into practical workforce strategies, supporting leaders through transition, and enabling new skills, behaviors, and ways of working at scale.

Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.
