Capgemini Invent Sweden is seeking a management consultant to support clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders in complex programs.
You will lead multi-workstream transformations, manage senior stakeholders, and apply data-driven insights to guide decisions. Fluency in Swedish and English is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

As part of the Workforce & Organization team, you will work as a management consultant, supporting clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will help turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate closely with both business and HR stakeholders in complex transformation programs. Drawing on established change management methodologies and strong project management skills, you will help drive sustainable organizational transformation.
