You will unify digital channels, campaign activation, marketing automation, nurturing, and performance analysis to drive demand and business value across regions, while building the team and shaping the marketing technology stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing, with campaigns and measurement.
• Experience leading and developing teams, especially through build phases.
• Fluent in English; experience in B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global digital marketing strategy across channels.
• Own axis.com and My Axis platforms for partners and customers.
• Drive global campaign activation, performance analytics, and GEO/AI initiatives.
• Shape marketing communications and nurture flows across regions.
