Axis Communications in Lund seeks a Manager for Axeleration & Incubation Marketing to lead a team that translates Axis solutions into compelling market value for partners and customers. You will set direction, drive growth, and collaborate across Product, Sales and Marketing to strengthen Axis market position.

The role focuses on leadership, strategic execution, and improving marketing impact while aligning with global strategy and agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a manager.
• Experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within a B2B or tech environment.
• Experience from international technology companies.
• Experience from working with business lines in a development or exploratory phase requiring flexible or agile ways of working.

• Set the strategic direction, goals, and priorities for Axeleration & Incubation Marketing in line with our Global Sales & Marketing strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Axeleration & Incubation Marketing team, creating clarity, accountability in line with Axis core values.
• Build strong cross-functional alignment with Product & Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Guide the development of go-to-market strategies, content, processes and tools that support growth.
• Measure team and marketing impact, using insights and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and demonstrate business value.

Are you passionate about leading a curious marketing team that drives business growth of Axis solutions? We are now looking for a Manager for Axeleration & Incubation Marketing at Axis headquarters in Lund, to lead a team that enables business growth by making the value of our Axis solutions compelling and clear to our partners and customers. The team also plays a role in selected incubation initiatives, helping explore and bring new opportunities to life.

Who is your future team?

Axeleration & Incubation Marketing is one of four departments in Solution & End Customer Marketing, part of Global Sales & Marketing. The team consists of seven Global Solution Marketing Managers.

What you’ll do here as Manager Axeleration & Incubation Marketing?

In this role you lead and provide strategic direction to a team responsible for translating Axis solutions and into compelling market propositions and clear value for our partners and customers. As part of the leadership team in Solution & End Customer Marketing, you will work closely with your peers and collaborate across functions to align priorities, enable business growth, and strengthen Axis position in the market. You will for example

• Set the strategic direction, goals, and priorities for Axeleration & Incubation Marketing in line with our Global Sales & Marketing strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop the Axeleration & Incubation Marketing team, creating clarity, accountability in line with Axis core values.
• Build strong cross-functional alignment with Product & Technology, Sales, and Marketing leadership
