Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in at least one key marketing channel (paid social, search or programmatic) with a foundational understanding of others.
• Technical insight to identify and resolve operational or platform-related issues.
• Strong capability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to develop hypotheses and conduct tests.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with clients.
• Preferred: Experience with BigQuery, SQL and marketing automations.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and optimise digital marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including setup, optimisation, and reporting, for high-quality execution.
• Analyse data to uncover trends and insights to drive data-driven decisions.
• Implement testing initiatives, analyse results, and make optimisation recommendations.
• Provide clients with clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate learnings into overall client delivery and experience.
