Est Populo in Sweden seeks a strategy-driven creative professional who turns customer insight and performance data into messaging that moves the needle. You’ll shape angles, brief producers, and shape briefs across accounts to drive results.

Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, and you’ll collaborate with e-commerce and fashion brands in the Nordics from Gothenburg or Stockholm, or work remotely as needed. You’ll join a 14+ person team that values clear rationale and fast, impactful work.

• Translate customer research, reviews, and performance data into messaging angles and creative concepts.
• Defend creative decisions with a clear rationale, not just opinion.
• Collaborate with paid social and paid search to align with media needs.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer research, reviews, and performance data into messaging angles and creative concepts
• Brief creative producers and content teams with enough direction to move fast
• Identify which creative patterns are working across accounts and push that learning into new briefs
• Present creative strategy and rationale directly to clients
• Work closely with paid social and paid search to ensure creative strategy matches media needs
