Job summary

Curious Mind is seeking an early to mid‑career content and communications professional to join our Stockholm team. You’ll work closely with clients, shape strategy, and deliver content‑driven projects across Curious Mind and Eidra.

You’ll use Swedish and English effectively, collaborate with specialists, and grow your commercial responsibilities while learning new digital methods and AI‑enabled workflows. Interviews are ongoing, with Marica Rosengren handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience within content, communication, marketing or a related field
• Experience working with clients, projects or accounts in a consultancy, agency or in‑house role
• A strong interest in commercial work and client development
• Experience creating, leading or contributing to content‑driven communication projects
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and communication, combined with technical curiosity for new digital method
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in Swedish and English
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable advising stakeholders
• Experience working as a consultant is a plus, but not a must

Who we believe you are

You’re early to mid‑career in your commercial journey, but already confident in your craft within content and communication. You’re curious by nature and motivated by learning, especially when it comes to understanding clients, building relationships and creating value over time.

You enjoy working close to clients and feel comfortable contributing to both strategic discussions and day‑to‑day delivery. You may not have “done it all” yet, but you’re hungry to learn more about account development, commercial responsibility and how to grow client relationships in a consulting context.

You care about good communication, are interested in digital methods and tools, and like being part of a collaborative team where ideas are shared and developed together.

You’re fluent in Swedish and English, and you thrive in an environment where curiosity, initiative and growth are encouraged.
