Job summary

Curious Mind AB is seeking a mid‑career content and communications professional to support client accounts and lead content-driven projects. You’ll collaborate with Eidra and other specialists, combining content expertise with growing commercial responsibility in a Nordic network.

You’ll work with a team of content creators and strategists who value curiosity, initiative and growth, while contributing to strategic discussions and day‑to‑day delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience within content, communication, marketing or a related field.
• Experience working with clients, projects or accounts in a consultancy, agency or in‑house role.
• A strong interest in commercial work and client development.
• Experience creating, leading or contributing to content‑driven communication projects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and communication, combined with technical curiosity for new digital method.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable advising stakeholders.
• Experience working as a consultant is a plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Support and gradually take more responsibility for client accounts, with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Work with communication projects from idea and strategy to execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues and specialists across Curious Mind and Eidra.
• Combine content expertise with a growing commercial responsibility.
• Collaborate with a team of other content creators, strategists and technologists who love to experiment and learn.
• Build trust and create real impact for our clients, every day.
• Solve problems creatively and independently.
• Use data, methods, and technology to find new ways forward, and share your knowledge with the team.
