Job summary

Curious Mind seeks a creative language professional to design and optimize digital content using AI-driven workflows. You will craft precise prompts, edit copy, and build automated pipelines that maintain human clarity and tone.

This role blends strategy with hands-on writing across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates combine Swedish fluency with strong English, and a background in copywriting, digital marketing, or linguistics.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience in digital communication, copywriting, content production, or tech.
• Strong communication and linguistic skills with storytelling, editing and tone adaptation.
• Advanced AI prompt engineering to steer LLMs and generative tools.
• Experience with or drive to master automation tools, LLM frameworks, and low-code environments.
• Fluent Swedish and professional English; tech-savvy language professional.

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of professional experience in digital communication, copywriting, content production, or tech.
• Relevant education in communication, language/linguistics, media, digital marketing, or copywriting.
• Strong communication and linguistic skills. You have a solid grasp of storytelling, copy editing, and tone of voice adaptation. You understand digital strategy and how content moves across different platforms.
• Advanced AI prompt engineering. You can steer LLMs and generative tools with precision. For you, natural language is the ultimate interface and code that drives AI.
• Technical depth. You have experience with, or a genuine drive to master, complex automation tools, LLM frameworks, and low-code environments such as Claude, Make, OpenAI APIs, or LangChain.
• Linguistic versatility. You speak and write Swedish fluently, and professional-level English. You're a language person who happens to love tech.
• A consultant mindset. You're proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by varied, fast-paced assignments.

What you can expect in your assignments

• Drive broad digital communication initiatives. Create, edit, and optimize content for various digital channels, relying on both traditional communication methods and modern toolsets.
• Engineer high-quality copy and content. Combine advanced prompting with your core copywriting and editorial skills to produce written assets that meet the highest professional standards.
• Develop AI workflows. Design and build automated content pipelines that enhance creative quality and copy precision, without losing the human element.
• Bridge tech and creative. Act as the ultimate translator between technical AI capabilities and language/creative goals, making sure the technology always serves the story.
• Experiment hands-on. Continuously test new language models and multimodal AI tools to keep Curious Mind at the forefront, always evaluating them through a linguist’s and communicator’s lens.
• Collaborate and educate. Work closely with colleagues and clients, helping them refine their prompt frameworks and leverage AI effectively without losing their unique voice.
