Job summary

Curious Mind is seeking an early to mid‑career content and communications professional to join our Stockholm team. You’ll work closely with clients, shape strategy, and deliver content‑driven projects across Curious Mind and Eidra.

You’ll use Swedish and English effectively, collaborate with specialists, and grow your commercial responsibilities while learning new digital methods and AI‑enabled workflows. Interviews are ongoing, with Marica Rosengren handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience within content, communication, marketing or a related field
• Experience working with clients, projects or accounts in a consultancy, agency or in‑house role
• A strong interest in commercial work and client development
• Experience creating, leading or contributing to content‑driven communication projects
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation and communication, combined with technical curiosity for new digital method
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in Swedish and English
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable advising stakeholders
• Experience working as a consultant is a plus, but not a must

Responsibilities

• Support and gradually take more responsibility for client accounts, with a focus on long‑term relationships
• Work with communication projects from idea and strategy to execution
• Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues and specialists across Curious Mind and Eidra
• Combine content expertise with a growing commercial responsibility
• Collaborate with a team of other content creators, strategists and technologists who love to experiment and learn
• Build trust and create real impact for our clients, every day
• Solve problems creatively and independently
• Use data, methods, and technology to find new ways forward, and share your knowledge with the team
