Job summary

Klarna in Sweden is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead partner integrations across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to go-live and beyond. You’ll work hands-on with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to align on integration scope and delivery priorities.

The role requires 3+ years in delivery management, strong API know-how, and the ability to explain technical issues to both engineers and partners. Swedish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry.
• Understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.
• You use AI tools yourself and push for their use to accelerate delivery.
• You can explain a technical problem clearly to both engineering and partners.
• You know your way around e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• You drive toward a solution without waiting for priority to be set by others.
• You have working proficiency in Swedish.

About The Role

When a partner integrates Klarna's products, someone has to turn scoping conversations and API documentation into something that actually goes live — and stays working. That's you. You'll work hands‑on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go‑live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once. You'll be the person partners call when something breaks — troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies that come with both. You'll use AI tools to move faster through that work, not just to say you use them.

Who You Are

• You've spent 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner‑led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry — running multi‑stakeholder projects with a structured, analytical approach.
• You understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.
• You use AI tools yourself, and you push for their use across the team when they make delivery faster or better.
• You move comfortably between technical discussions with engineering and commercial conversations with partners, and you can explain a technical problem clearly to both.
• You know your way around e‑commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• You drive toward a solution without waiting to be told what the priority is.
• You have working proficiency in Swedish.
