Job summary

Klarna is seeking a Senior Technical Program/Delivery Manager to lead multi-stakeholder partner implementations from scoping to go-live. You will troubleshoot real-time API and payment integrations, guide partners, and use AI tools to speed delivery across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

You will work to ensure high quality deliveries while translating technical insights into actionable feedback for Klarna's product and integration frameworks, in a fast-paced payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry.
• Understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.
• Use AI tools yourself, and push for their use across the team when they improve delivery.
• Able to explain technical problems clearly to both engineering teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live.
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and guide partners through APIs, payment processing, and dependencies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and promote their use across the team.
• Define integration scope and set delivery priorities with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Ensure implementations meet Klarna's quality bar and feed learnings back into products and frameworks.

That's you. You'll work hands-on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once. You'll be the person partners call when something breaks — troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies that come with both.
