Job summary

Dell Technologies in Sweden is hiring a Technical Sales Representative for the SMB datacenter sales team. You will provide technical expertise to shape customer-centric solutions, align the datacenter portfolio with business needs, and help drive successful sales outcomes.

You will engage with customers and partners, deliver presentations and workshops, and collaborate with internal specialists to design competitive solutions. Strong Swedish and English skills are required.

Qualifications

Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution advisory roles in IT infrastructure or datacenter tech.
Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as servers, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to understand customer business needs and map them to technical solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with technical expertise in SMB datacenter opportunities.
Engage with customers to understand infrastructure, pain points, and future needs, and recommend solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, translating technology into business value.

Drive opportunity progression by addressing technical objections and contributing to pipeline growth.
