Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for its Data Center/Critical Services team in Sweden. The role manages the on-site operations and facilities services for a major telecom client across two locations, ensuring regulatory and SLA compliance.

You will supervise staff, drive training, oversee recruiting, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet MSA requirements. The position requires onsite presence and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision for employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees; set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach account leadership as needed.
• Serve as client liaison with key stakeholders to meet MSA requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure completion of configuration management, work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs within SLA; resolve unforeseen circumstances and inform client or exec mgmt.
