Job summary

Molex is seeking a Business Development Manager for Data Centre Infrastructure in Sweden. You will drive design-in opportunities by collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product teams to position Molex power and connectivity solutions early in the design cycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of business development, technical sales or account management in datacentre markets.
• Understanding of connectivity solutions including cable assemblies, connectors, fibre optics, busbars.
• Strong technical knowledge of datacentre power architectures, liquid cooling and rack infrastructure.
• Proven track record of securing specification wins and influencing decision-makers in complex sales environments.
• Established relationships within OEMs, cooling providers, power equipment suppliers, rack manufacturers, or adjacent datacentre infrastructure markets.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and convert multi-stakeholder opportunities into sustainable long-term growth.
• Comfortable engaging engineers, architects, product managers, and executive stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business value.

Responsibilities

• Drive Design-In Opportunities: Create specification-led opportunities by engaging engineering, architecture, and product teams early in the design cycle.
• Grow Strategic Infrastructure Accounts: Develop and execute growth strategies with rack manufacturers, cooling solution providers, power infrastructure suppliers, and datacentre OEMs.
• Develop Power, Cooling & Rack Opportunities: Identify new opportunities across power distribution, busbar systems, liquid cooling, CDU architectures, and high-density rack infrastructure.
• Influence Future Datacentre Architectures: Align Molex solutions with customer roadmaps supporting AI, HPC and next-generation deployments.
• Build Ecosystem Relationships: Develop relationships with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders across the datacentre infrastructure value chain.
• Deliver Market Insight: Identify emerging trends in rack power density, liquid cooling adoption, AI infrastructure, and datacentre architecture.
