Job summary

Ejendals, a Swedish family-owned company based in Leksand, Sweden, seeks a Customer Service Representative for the DACH market. You will be the main contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Fluency in German and English is essential, Swedish language skills are also valued. No strict years of experience required; attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn matter, and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and other teams is key.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Secondary school completion or equivalent.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and digital business systems.
• Enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
• Organised, proactive and a team player.
• Speaks Swedish and has customer service/administration experience.
• Experience with order management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information and answer order-related questions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Ensure accurate order entry and administration in business systems.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Help customers find solutions and deliver a positive experience.
