Job summary

The Hub is looking for a co-founder level CTO to define the technical direction and build a groundbreaking platform that reshapes how Nordic startups compete for talent globally. As the first in-house engineer, you will oversee all technical aspects and hire specialists as needed.

This role encompasses leading product engineering and modernizing a ten-year-old platform, with high impacts on startups and the Nordic ecosystem. The position offers a competitive salary, equity, and six weeks of paid holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership, preferably in a startup setting.
• Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle.
• Able to manage both new feature development and legacy system modernization.
