CoberonChronos is seeking a Field CTO for a high-growth AI startup in Sweden. You will shape the technical expansion, own the regional product roadmap, and build a regional powerhouse from the ground up.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or Forward Deployed engineering.
• Strong leadership DNA at Director/VP/Founder level.
• Startup experience is required.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional regional language.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Sales Sovereignty: lead early-stage discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and navigate complex architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.
• Hands-on Engineering: serve as a lead contributor—shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.
• Team Scaling: recruit and mentor a high-performing technical organization across engineering, solution architecture, and pre-sales.
• Deployment & Accuracy: oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs.
• Product Advocacy: act as the bridge between the local market and global Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features.
• Regional Leadership: serve as the primary technical point of contact for the region, managing strategic partnerships and high-priority escalations.
