Job summary

iFindTech Ltd in Stockholm is seeking a CTO to own the full technology function, set the technical direction, and drive international growth. You will balance architecture and product priorities with risk, regulation, and commercial goals.

You should have leadership at the senior level, proven fintech scaling experience in B2C, expertise in architecture, credit decisioning and payments, and the ability to support international scaling from Stockholm.

Qualifications

You’ll set the technical direction, lead and develop the technology organisation, and help shape the next phase of international growth, balancing architecture and product with risk, regulation and commercial priorities.

Must Haves:

Leadership-team level experience, including managing senior technology leaders

Experience scaling a B2C fintech, lending, payments or regulated financial-services business

Strong understanding of architecture, credit decisioning and payments

Experience supporting international scaling

Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of business trade-offs

Based in, or able to work from, Stockholm

Nice to Haves:

Strong interest in AI and its impact on products and engineering

Experience using AI or frontier models within products, engineering or internal tooling
