Kraken is seeking an experienced community leader to manage and grow our trader-focused communities across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit and beyond. You’ll be integral in real-time discussions, AMAs, and product feedback loops with a technical audience that demands accuracy and speed.

You will build an ambassador program, run live events, and translate community insights into product improvements, ensuring clear communication and robust engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.
• Ability to discuss funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency.
• Excellent written communication skills for short-form and long-form content.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and run channels (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit) with credibility.
• Post quickly and accurately when market events occur.
• Build ambassador and power-user programs with traders and market makers.
• Lead public AMAs, live sessions, feature launches, and post-mortems.
• Coordinate feedback loops with Product and report community receipts.
• Create clear, impactful threads and release notes.
• Demonstrate sentiment and signups to show value to the product.
