Job summary

Accenture Song in Sweden seeks an experienced consulting leader to head our Sales & Service CRM practice. You will coach consultants, shape CRM strategies, and drive transformations for leading organizations, delivering measurable value.

You will expand our Swedish footprint, win new business, and partner with Nordic leadership to deploy Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven customer experiences.

Qualifications

Typically 10+ years in management consulting, business transformation or technology-enabled advisory.
CRM or Sales & Service transformations from strategy through implementation.
Strong CRM expertise with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Leadership and commercial skills, coaching and developing consultants or teams.
Senior stakeholder impact: translate issues into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the team: coach and develop consultants, capabilities, and career paths; support recruitment; and build a collaborative culture of excellence.
Advise clients and deliver transformations: shape CRM strategies, roadmaps, business cases and operating models, and lead engagements end-to-end.
Grow the business: build relationships with Swedish clients, identify opportunities, win engagements, and position Accenture Song as a trusted CRM partner.
Shape the practice: collaborate with Nordic leadership to expand market presence and leverage CRM, AI and data for improved performance.
