Job summary

Viaplay Group in Stockholm is seeking a CRM Insights Analyst to join the CRM team on-site. You will analyze large-scale customer data to inform email, push, and in-app messaging, helping improve retention, sales, and reactivation.

You will build liveboards and reports, monitor KPIs, ensure data quality, and share actionable insights with stakeholders across the Nordics. Strong SQL/Python, English fluency, and a business mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Structured, organized, and go‑getting attitude.
• Analytical with ability to extract, wrangle and interpret data for business recommendations.
• Fluent in English and comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital products or CRM analytics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Create monitoring, liveboards and reports from multiple data sources.
• Perform hands‑on analysis and share insights with team and stakeholders.
• Visualize results and recommendations in a clear, concise way.
• Oversee KPIs to focus CRM operations and improve dashboards.
• Ensure CRM data is complete, fresh and reliable; collaborate with Data Science teams.
• Provide guidance on methodology and experiments (e.g., A/B testing).
