Job summary

Kappahl Group is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist for a one-year maternity cover at our head office in Mölndal. You will own automated customer journeys and drive measurable commercial impact from day one.

You will work in a cross-functional CRM team, collaborating with Online, Media and Marketing, and will coach content creators while shaping the automation strategy and most complex flows in Voyado.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM/marketing automation experience.
• Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Experience building automated CRM journeys in Voyado (advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, and CMS.
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative.
• Comfort presenting insights to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive CRM automation with commercial impact.
• Evolve the automation landscape with data-driven roadmap.
• Define, build, content, implement, QA and optimize flows, segments, and trigger logic in Voyado.
• Use test-and-learn to measure business impact and optimize revenue.
• Monitor automation performance and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate CRM automation across the team for consistency.
• Coach content creators to improve automation flows.
• Drive best practices and scalable ways of working in CRM automation.
• Collaborate across teams to align campaigns and customer experience.
