Job summary

SAS is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own and evolve automated customer journeys and omnichannel flows, driving sales, loyalty and customer experience through data-driven engagement.

You will design, build and optimize journeys across email, SMS, push and beyond, collaborating with CRM Specialists and other teams to advance marketing automation tooling within Frösundavik, Solna.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM, building and optimizing journeys end-to-end.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Execute calendar-based emails, SMS and push communications.
• Configure audience segmentation with data-driven logic for relevant reach.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests and translate results into journey improvements.
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists and act as a journey automation specialist.
