Sinch is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in CRM reporting and analytics within our Data Analytics department. You will guide our sales and marketing strategies and drive operational efficiency by turning Salesforce and related CRM data into high-quality, actionable insights across the entire sales funnel.

Qualifications

• CRM & Visualization Tools: Salesforce experience incl. reports and data models; 2+ years creating dashboards in Tableau.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: 2+ years SQL experience; capability to analyze large datasets.
• Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative/business field; collab with commercial stakeholders.
• Communication & Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Industry & Global Context: Experience in global tech/SaaS/B2B telecom preferred.
• Professional Qualities: Growth-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable; strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• CRM Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs related to sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, and team performance.
• Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze the entire sales/marketing funnel to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver actionable insights.
• Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data quality within Salesforce and related reporting environments.
• Empower Sales Teams: Create self-service dashboards for sales reps and managers to monitor performance.
• Analytics Support & Culture: Manage support requests and train stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture.
