Job summary

ComeOn Group is seeking a data analytics professional to provide analytical support across departments. You will deliver data analysis and actionable insights to inform stakeholders and drive profitability.

Responsibilities include producing management reports, maintaining/reporting structures, and building automated Tableau dashboards in a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates have advanced Excel skills and a strong analytics-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate/marketing subject or extensive relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Understanding of business financials, ROI, profitability is essential.
• Passion for analytics with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to present complex information with clear, data-based recommendations.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support production of management reports and improve reporting structures.
• Create new reports ad hoc or regular, and build automated front-end tools in Tableau.
• Perform data reconciliations and analyse customer behaviour for profitability.
• Communicate findings across the business and support initiatives.
• Interrogate large databases and deliver actionable insights.
