Job summary

ComeOn Group is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to support multiple departments with data analysis and actionable insights. You will produce management reports, improve reporting structures and develop automated Tableau dashboards.

Based in Sweden with a hybrid work arrangement, you will reconcile data, communicate findings across the business, and contribute to profitability through customer analytics and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate or marketing subject, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of business financials, ROI and profitability.
• Strong passion for analytics and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of management reports.
• Maintain and improve current reporting structures.
• Create new reports on ad hoc or regular basis.
• Build automated front end tools and reports using Tableau.
• Perform data reconciliations.
• Undertake data analysis to support business initiatives.
• Communicate findings of analysis across the business.
• Conduct in-depth customer behaviour analytics.
• Use data to drive customer profitability.
• Query large databases.
• Take on other ad hoc duties for the Analytics Team.
