Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Creative Lead, Digital Experience to join the Creative Development team in Stockholm. You will connect strategy with creativity—turning ambition into compelling concepts that drive brand impact, user engagement and commercial success.

You will shape the creative direction, develop briefs, define experience principles, and guide internal teams and external partners to ensure coherent execution across products and platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital creative or design roles.
• High design judgement across digital UI/UX and visual systems.
• Clear communication across Creative, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Ability to balance brand ambition, usability and commercial impact.
• Comfortable leading creative conversations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambition into clear creative direction and create briefs.
• Develop core creative concepts, narrative direction, and emotional ambition for initiatives.
• Translate creative intent into design principles guiding visual identity and storytelling.
• Provide creative leadership to internal teams and external partners during concept and design development.
• Ensure execution aligns with the defined creative direction across products and platforms.
