Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Cost Manager/Cost Engineer to lead cost management across live projects in a fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for establishing, auditing and maintaining robust cost reporting frameworks and working directly with project delivery teams and Senior Management.

You will analyse supplier quotations, variations and subcontractor submittals, and implement ideas to standardise reporting and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Cost Manager or Cost Engineer with hands-on project cost experience.
• Experience auditing and maintaining cost reporting frameworks on live projects.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites and with senior management.

You'll work directly with project delivery teams and Senior Management, conducting rigorous analysis of supplier quotations, variations, and subcontractor commercial submittals, and be involved in implementing your own ideas to standardise reporting and improve company processes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Cost Manager or Cost Engineer with hands-on experience using ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or Airtable.

The Role:

• Cost Manager
