Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management.
  • Data Centre experience.
  • Proven technical / project delivery experience.
  • Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
  • Stakeholder management with a focus on developing client accounts.
  • Track record of working with teams and delivering deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Be integral to the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
  • Support delivery of value for money in all circumstances.
  • Carry out duties efficiently per established processes and procedures.
  • Comply with commercial/procurement/contractual strategies.

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Cost Managers in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen RLB’s team while working in a supportive environment, on interesting projects.

The role presents an opportunity to work across Data Centre projects as well as commercial, life sciences and industrial among others in the future while the team continues to develop, diversify and as RLB’s European business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
Experience
  • Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management experience.
  • CSA Cost Management experience.
  • Data Centre experience.
  • Proven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
  • Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
  • A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
