Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with financial or transactional systems in analysis or configuration.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and core banking systems.
• Experience writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for external suppliers.
• Familiar with relational databases and able to query/analyze data (SQL).
• Solid understanding of verifying and testing complex system deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Define and document detailed requirements for transaction processing, balance management, and posting logic for external suppliers.
• Verify and regression test supplier deliveries to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across ledger operations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Core Ledger IT and suppliers on solution design and technical decisions.
• Investigate and resolve complex ledger-related incidents and data discrepancies with suppliers when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation, including requirements, data flows, test results, and runbooks.
• Support internal configuration of the core ledger platform.
• Provide hands-on internal support to other teams on ledger questions and issues.
• Support integration of new products and financial instruments into the ledger framework.
• Work with QA and Delivery Manager to ensure supplier deliveries are well tested before approval.
