Job summary

TF Bank AB (publ) is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own quality assurance for our Core Ledger platform. You will set the test strategy, verify and regression test supplier deliveries, and ensure only compliant releases go live.

The role is hands-on, initially without direct reports, and requires collaboration with the wider team. In this newly established position you will personally execute tests, develop the strategy, and lead verification efforts to maintain high standards in a regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA roles with test strategy leadership.
• Experience verifying deliveries from external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Able to build test plans, cases, and regression suites.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy for the Core Ledger domain.
• Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Embed quality from requirements through to delivery approval.
• Verify ledger Transactions, balances, and reconciliation logic from suppliers.
• Drive testability and quality metrics across the team.
• Triage defects and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support go/no-go decisions and communicate quality status.
