Job summary

TF Bank AB is seeking a Core Ledger Specialist to join the platform team. You will define and write clear requirements for the core ledger delivered by external suppliers and verify their work with regression testing.

You’ll provide hands-on internal support across the business, ensuring data integrity and smooth ledger operations while collaborating with suppliers, Product Management, and QA. English required; Swedish helpful.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with financial or transactional systems in analysis or configuration.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and core ledger transaction processing.
• Experience writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for supplier deliveries.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL data analysis.
• Ability to verify and test complex system deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Define and document detailed requirements for transaction processing and posting logic for external suppliers.
• Verify and regression test supplier deliveries to ensure data integrity across ledger operations.
• Collaborate with Head of Core Ledger IT and suppliers on design decisions.
• Investigate and resolve ledger incidents, data discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain documentation including data flows, test results, and runbooks.
• Support internal configuration of the core ledger platform.
• Provide hands-on internal support on ledger questions for finance, customer service, operations.
• Assist integration of new products into the ledger framework with Product Management.
• Work with QA and Delivery Manager to ensure supplier deliveries are well tested.
