Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Figeholm seeks a Local ITM & Continuous Improvement Leader to drive ITM maturity and CI across the factory value chain. You will work with management and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable improvements and strengthen daily management.

The role focuses on delivering safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost improvements, while developing people and sustaining gains through projects and coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading change initiatives and engaging teams across functions.
• Strong coaching and training skills to develop local capability.
• Excellent English; Swedish helpful in local environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement ITM system upgrades and raise Continuous Improvement maturity in the factory.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deploy Strategy Deployment and KPIs.
• Lead improvement projects and ensure sustained results over time.
• Coach employees and leaders in ITM tools and problem solving to build local capability.
