Molecule is seeking a sharp, commercially-minded operator to work with the CEO and Commercial Team. You will drive the BD pipeline, manage investor relationships, and ensure high-priority communications with enterprise pharma partners move efficiently.

You’ll coordinate across pharma, biotech, academia, and investors, maintain relationships with 70+ investors, and build scalable systems for deal tracking and communications while aligning multiple teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Commercially oriented with pipeline and closing experience.
• Experience in BD with pharma/biotech partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own follow-through on BD pipeline across enterprise, academic, and biotech partnerships.
• Manage investor relations with 70+ existing investors and update leadership.
• Triage enterprise, pharma, and investor correspondence with commercial judgment.
• Prepare for high-stakes calls and meetings across time zones.
• Draft investor communications, partnership proposals, and internal updates.
• Build and maintain a lean CRM or deal-tracking structure.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal activity across organisations and teams.
• Analyze opportunities with scientific literacy to brief leadership.
• Represent Molecule credibly on partner and investor calls.
