Job summary

You will contribute to sales lifecycle areas, financial planning and stakeholder communication with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in multiple analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree from a university in Economics, Science, Engineering or Business.
• At least 5 years of analytics experience in retail banking, e-commerce, or payments.
• Deep expertise in Sales lifecycle areas such as credit risk, product/UX, marketing analytics, or pricing.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing efforts and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to engage external stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and business expertise to connect models, operations, products and decisions.
• Bridge between analytics teams and business units across Klarna.
• Develop data-driven strategies for sales lifecycle, financial planning and stakeholder reporting.
• Support merchant sales strategies and campaign impact analysis.
