Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm, part of Radisson Hotel Group, seeks a Cold Kitchen Chef (Extra) to join our team and deliver high-quality cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, banquets and à la carte service.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, prioritising food safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction while collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably cold kitchen or hotel operations.
• Passion for food, presentation and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and buffets in line with hotel standards.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored, and presented according to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain high levels of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support banquet and event operations with cold food preparation and setup.
• Work closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and minimizing food waste.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to departmental goals and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and ready for service.
