Radisson Blu Royal Viking in Stockholm is seeking a Breakfast Shift Leader to join our vibrant F&B team. You will oversee breakfast service, maintain smooth back-of-house operations, and set rosters to ensure guest satisfaction from early morning to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Creative problem-solving with team support.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the food & beverage team and fosters growth and performance.
• Supports smooth operation of the F&B department and guest service delivery.
• Improves guest satisfaction and responds to inquiries promptly.
• Contributes to plans and objectives for profitability and cost control.
• Ensures compliance with legislation and internal audits.
