Job summary

Exponential Roadmap Initiative (ERI) is seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand our ecosystem of corporate partners and stakeholders. You will manage and enhance client and partner relationships, report to a management team member, and drive long-term collaboration to halve emissions by 2030.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management, corporate sustainability, or partnership building.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field.
• Ability to build trust and navigate complex corporate hierarchies with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business development, fundraising, or managing growth/revenue targets in corporate or NGO settings.
• Ambitious, self-driven mindset capable of turning global challenges into opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to drive efficiency and modern workflows.
• Deep commitment to sustainability and scaling solutions toward net zero.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Identify high-value collaboration opportunities and joint initiatives for action.
• Lead negotiations for partner agreements, renewals, and financial commitments.
• Drive funding, partnerships, and revenue growth for the initiative.
• Plan, launch, and manage joint projects with internal teams.
• Monitor global climate action trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
