Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is seeking experienced management consultants to join our Energy and Climate team, focusing on the energy transition. You will shape and execute strategic and transactional choices for clients in renewable energy, from corporate strategy to M&A execution.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience from a reputable management consultancy.
• Proven expertise within strategy and M&A in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level and board audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing corporate and business unit strategies for clients in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy.
• Supporting commercial due diligence and market screening ahead of investment decisions.
• Driving value creation initiatives across the deal lifecycle, from strategic rationale to post-merger value capture.
• Designing and optimising carve-out scoping and target operating models.
• Using data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops and aligning C-level and board stakeholders across functions.
• Driving implementation and ensuring sustainable value capture post-transaction.
