Villa Valentina, part of Urban Italian Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to own and drive their section in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes and maintain a well-organised station before service.

You’ll lead with strong communication, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and thrive in a high-volume environment while contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure mise en place is completed up to standards, and organised before service
• Maintain consistency, speed, and precision during service
• Keep your section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
• Ensure full compliance of company's HACCP

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day kitchen operation, taking ownership of your section and working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the team.

You’ll help us deliver consistently high-quality dishes, keep your section organised and running smoothly, and contribute to creating a kitchen where people enjoy working together.
