Job summary

Villa Valentina in Sweden is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section and work closely with Head and Sous Chefs. You will ensure dishes meet high quality standards, maintain mise en place, and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.

• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and lead colleagues within your section.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed to standard before service.
• Maintain consistency, speed, and precision during service.
• Keep your section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day kitchen operation, taking ownership of your section and working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the team.

You’ll help us deliver consistently high-quality dishes, keep your section organised and running smoothly, and contribute to creating a kitchen where people enjoy working together.
