Job summary

JobBusters AB in Stockholm is seeking a Career Site Content & Experience Consultant to lead a global Talent Acquisition transformation. You will own career site content across key candidate journeys, interviewing stakeholders, editing website copy, and coordinating reviews with internal teams and external partners.

You will collaborate with an external career site provider to implement content and functionality within Workday, support testing across desktop and mobile, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, career site content or talent attraction.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging candidate-focused content.
• Experience managing digital content projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Understanding of candidate experience, UX and digital engagement.
• Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, career sites or talent acquisition technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A creative, structured and collaborative approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, develop and edit website copy, employee stories and visual content, and coordinate content reviews and publishing activities.
• Collaborate with an external career site provider to implement content and functionality within Workday, while supporting testing and QA across desktop and mobile.
• Continuously improve candidate journeys and create an engaging, intuitive and seamless digital experience.
