Job summary

emagine seeks a Test Lead (HR Core Workday) for a Stockholm-based project in Banking & Finance. You will define end-to-end testing, govern QA, and coordinate stakeholders and partners during the Workday implementation.

The role covers SIT, UAT, data migration testing, security, and cutover support, with 3 days onsite in Stockholm. Start date 2026-11-16 and end date 2027-12-22.

We are looking for a Test Lead (HR Core Workday) for one of our clients within Banking & Finance.

Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite)

About the assignment

The Test Lead will be accountable for defining, governing, and coordinating end-to-end testing for a Core HR Workday implementation program. The role ensures that solution configuration, business processes, integrations, security, reports, data migration, and downstream impacts are tested against agreed requirements and ready for deployment. You will coordinate business stakeholders, project streams, and implementation partners throughout all testing phases.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end testing strategy and quality assurance approach for the Workday implementation program
• Lead planning and execution of all testing phases including SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Security, and Data Migration testing
• Ensure business processes, integrations, security controls, reporting, and data migration meet agreed requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate business stakeholders, project streams, and implementation partners throughout testing activities
• Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and defect resolution activities
• Provide testing status, quality metrics, and go-live readiness assessments to program governance
• Ensure successful business acceptance and formal sign-off of testing outcomes
