Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a visionary Vice President Talent & Learning to lead the global People & Culture function. You will shape capabilities, leadership and external workforce strategies to meet the organisation’s strategic ambitions.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into capability roadmaps, drive AI-enabled initiatives, and oversee recruitment, learning and leadership development across an international matrix.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior or executive leader with responsibility for complex, international and group-wide topics.
• Strong experience within talent acquisition, talent management, learning and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen and experience translating business priorities into impactful People & Culture initiatives.
• A proven leadership track record within complex organizations and senior stakeholder environments.
• Experience driving transformation, digitalization and/or AI-enabled development within the People & Culture area is highly relevant.
• Fluency in English; Swedish, German or Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a strategic member of the People & Culture Management Team, helping set direction and prioritise key initiatives across the people agenda.
• Drive the continued development of a future-proof People & Culture organisation.
• Provide strategic leadership across talent, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management.
• Translate current and future business needs into clear capability priorities, frameworks and strategic initiatives.
• Enable the successful delivery of the people strategy across a complex international organisation.
• Drive strategic digitalisation and AI enablement across workforce, talent and learning to improve effectiveness, consistency and employee experience.
• Build alignment across Business Areas and Staff Functions and act as a connecting force across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
• Contribute to business transformation and long-term organisational effectiveness through a strong people and capability agenda.
